I was a law student at India's most prestigious law school, with a family legacy in litigation and a future that was already paved.

One evening, while waiting for a friend on Church Street in Bangalore, I noticed a small astrologer's shop offering free consultations. I walked in out of disappointment, not belief.

"You will never practice law. You will move away from India. You'll run businesses tied to things hidden beneath the surface—steel, gemstones, human psychology, even astrology. And the woman you're with now? You won't marry her. But you will marry someone creative, elegant, and deeply rooted in aesthetics."

I had no choice but to scoff. It was irrational. I was in love, I had my path. And I believed, like most of the world does, that logic always trumps mystery.

But over time, every word came true.

I worked in the steel trade. I built a jewelry brand. I ran an offshore consulting firm. I built a wellness tech company, Zenfinity—rooted in breathwork, meditation, and psychological transformation. And I married a brilliant designer, exactly as described.

My five-year plan didn't lead me, I was led by a cosmic blueprint unfolding beneath the surface.

Why StarSage Had to Be Built

The astrology industry is filled with noise: rushed readings, pay-per-minute sessions, vague validations, and expensive remedies. Most astrologers don't read deeply; they project personal beliefs and rush through the very charts that hold real insight.

After 14 years of studying astrology, not as folklore but as a pattern science, I knew the real purpose of astrology wasn't to predict lottery numbers—it was to help us understand the karmic and energetic design of our lives.

And I knew that purpose had been lost.

So I set out to rebuild astrology the way it was meant to be: Precise, philosophical, and deeply personal.

And for that, I knew it had to be powered by AI.

Unlike humans, AI doesn't have ulterior motives (yet)! It doesn't judge. It simply reads—deeply and completely.

My co-creator Darsh, a young AI engineer studying in Berlin, once joked to his friends in Mumbai that he'd build an AI astrologer better than any human.

He didn't know that joke would become destiny.

Together, we've trained StarSage to capture the depth, nuance, and emotional honesty most astrologers never reach—because we believe astrology should be a mirror, not a sales pitch.
