• Voice or video consultations with astrologers
• Written reports or session summaries
• Subscription-based or pay-per-use models
• Promotional offers or credit bundles

4. Credits and Billing Models

StarSage operates on a credit-based system. Users can purchase credits to access services such as:

• Asking questions to the AI bot (1 credit per question)
• Booking sessions with human astrologers
• Ordering personalized reports
• Accessing live consultations (including possible future per-minute or one-time billing)

We may introduce additional billing models, including:

• Subscription plans with recurring billing and/or credit rollover
• Promotional bundles or time-sensitive offers

5. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To use StarSage, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Birth details (date, time, and location)
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party gateways)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Using the platform lawfully and respectfully
• Not using the platform to send offensive, threatening, or abusive content
• Not impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

6. Human Consultants and Freelancers

StarSage may connect users with independent human astrologers or consultants who are freelancers, not employees of StarSage.

We:

• Facilitate connections between users and freelancers
• Are not liable for any advice, conduct, or performance of such individuals
• Retain the right to review and remove any astrologer from the platform

Users agree that:

• Interactions with consultants are at their own discretion and risk
• Freelancers may access sensitive data (birth chart, questions, etc.) solely to provide services
• Ratings and reviews submitted must be fair, non-abusive, and based on actual experience

7. Payments, Currency, and International Use

You may purchase credits, subscriptions, or consultations using various payment methods offered on the platform. Prices are displayed in local currency where possible and may include applicable taxes.

8. Global Access and Entity Structure

StarSage is owned and operated by Zenfinity Enterprise Private Limited, an Indian company. All services are offered under the brand StarSage and governed by these Terms, regardless of your geographic location.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

To deliver high-quality astrological insights, StarSage uses third-party technologies to compute planetary positions and generate birth charts. While we select these services with care, StarSage:

• Does not control the algorithms or computations performed by such third parties
• Disclaims all liability for inaccuracies or disruptions originating from those services
• Shares only the minimal information required for the service to function, and no personally identifiable information is knowingly retained beyond operational needs

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

StarSage provides astrology-based guidance using both AI models and freelance astrologers. You understand and agree that:

• StarSage is not a licensed medical, legal, psychological, or financial advisor
• All information is for guidance and informational purposes only
• You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the insights received

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

11. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use StarSage only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempting to access systems, data, or content not intended for you
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or payment abuse
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or replicating platform functionality
• Using services for resale or commercial redistribution without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to StarSage at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse credits or services
• You engage in fraud or misuse payment methods
• You behave in a way that harms other users, freelancers, or the platform

Users may also request account deletion at any time by emailing contact@StarSage.co or using the account deletion option in their dashboard.

13. Data Privacy and Security

• We collect personal information (such as name, email, and birth details) to deliver our services
• We use trusted infrastructure providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud that employ encryption and security best practices

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data as per GDPR and CCPA standards

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the StarSage platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, AI models, and generated insights — is the intellectual property of StarSage or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any StarSage content without our prior written consent.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of StarSage after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
